Unjustly Banned After 3 Years! I've played Soundmap legitimately for 3 years. I recently bought a new phone and tablet. Due to system sync, the game automatically opened on both new devices simultaneously, and I was instantly banned for no reason. I didn't cheat. To make it worse, support is terrible and takes forever to reply, showing zero interest in helping. Losing 3 years of progress over a basic device synchronization bug is highly disappointing. Fix this mistake.

Amazing game, but the biggest issue I have with it is that I occasionally come across a shiny, and when I go to collect it, it will show an error. I have tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the app like it says to, but the error will still show, and it will appear with full bars of service as well, so it's not a network issue, please fix.

First time opening it, it just showed the logo. I waited like 5min and then gave up. Second time it showed me the onboarding screen after maybe 10s so that's odd. The only option (at least that i could see) to sign up is via Google. Clicking that redirects me to a website which just shows a throbber forever :/ I thought maybe I could sign up via the website and then log into the app but the website just shows a link to the apple app store Update: Third times the charm! Still kinda annoying thoug
