All old data is gone! Why wouldn't they just update the app instead of completely wiping out the old one? And if you're going to create a new one, *import our data into the new app* , it's in the same account! Radon fluctuates over time, so basically this is little starting from a brand new device. So disappointing.

The app unnecessarily requires Internet access to work, a big problem for me. There is no app option for data download to your phone, you must use their website for that. Data sampling issues seem to have improved, but the app has stopped automatically collecting data. I have to start the app and manually trigger download of data from the sensor.

Hi there, there can be a small delay in the app vs the screen of the device since the data must be sent to the cloud before it is shown on the app. Additionally, we are aware of the occasional data gaps in sampling and are working on a fix for this as we speak. Please reach out to support@airthings.com regarding you getting ads in the app.

For such expensive devices, the data is represented pretty poorly in this app. It provides graphs of air quality over different periods of time, but the most important information, the air quality right now, doesn't match across these graphs and it's hard to tell how recent the results are. I don't know if it's a deficiency of the devices or the app, but so much of the focus seems to be on average air quality over time whereas I care way more about air quality right now.
