The app seems to be showing a wrong passenger location to the driver even if it was selected as a pin on the map. Payment takes ages to complete. The app doesn't boot without full location access. Sometimes even with location access one needs to restart it to get it to start. Once you choose the destination, there is no way to change the start of the trip. You need to cancel the entire thing and start over. Terrible UX overall.

Keep off this app. If you are not familiar with the local tricks drivers try to execute on you, this app is not protecting you from fraud at all, rather facilitating it. for example, driver can switch to cash payment even if you have chosen app payment, driver can add fees which can make price of the trip even double high as originally estimated, I also came to situation where a different person was using account of some other driver (different picture, age). when I asked for help support ignore

When the drivers find out you are a foreigner, they drive around the city in opposite directions to your destination to raise the kilometers double or triple. One of them even threatened to get us off in the middle of highway when we showed him the correct way in google maps. This is not only a scam, but also unsafe. Be very careful and use reliable apps instead of this one !
