I had really been struggling to find my way around Dublin, the Citymapper app makes it easier to keep track of trips and find my way around! I would like a more consistent sign of times though? when I compare routes, sometimes they'll give me a "time when to leave" to start the route but Sometimes it's just am overview of business and no actual itinerary

The interface is super good, and algorithms of finding best routes are also good. But the timetables of transport (on which algorithms are based) are often incorrect, at least in Germany. One bus just disappeared from the app for 2 weeks, other bus in app goes every 2 hours, when in reality they both every 15 minutes. So almost every time I need recheck the route in other more reliable apps to proof that Citymapper doesn't miss something. Reporting issues about that are not helping, not fixing.

I use the app in Berlin and one great advantage over google maps is the clear indication of bus stops, especially during a transfer. Now, what I don't like about the app is the lack of actual time of a connection. I know it is there somewhere hidden, because I have seen it a couple of times. But it isn't intuitive. While it is good to know that the connection is available in 5,10, 15 mins etc., I would be more interested in knowing the absolute time also.
