the app works well on a technical level, honorary mention to the built-in darkmode and small selection of fonts and sizes to choose from, but it is overrun by werewolf content with no way to filter it out or mark it as "not interested", and having to buy a 70$ annual subscription with no weekly or monthly alternatives to get access to the finale of a 7 book series the likes of which i can find for less than 5 bucks in the bargain bin is ridiculous.

The stories I've read so far are ok. Entertaining to some degree, no literary masterpieces and not super well edited. But compelling enough to keep me hooked. Sadly it takes ages to actually finish stories, if you're not willing to pay money. I'll just keep checking in to get points and read the next part in three days...

The books are great. However if you want to read more than one chapter a day or one chapter a week you have to spend money. You can earn 1 point a day by "checking in" but when most chapters cost 4 points, they go quick. I could buy books from a big retail store for cheaper than the cost if I was to buy points. And I read too many other reviews about the "unlimited" option to avoid it. My response to the automated reply... is what "daily tasks"?
