If I could give zero stars, I would. This app suddenly, and with absolutely zero warning, dropped support for my cat feeder model (the one with the camera). I found this out while I was away on vacation, leaving me completely panicked about whether my cat was being fed and safe. To make it even more infuriating, if you go to their official website for help, it just redirects you to a completely different, spammy app loaded with ads. Do not trust your pet's well-being to Petlibro!

I've had nothing but problems with all of their products. I bought their pet fountain and automatic feeder thinking O could control them both from the same app but that was not the case. I had to download a separate app for each. The fountain didn't work for longer than a year and the feeder is offline so often I usually have to scoop the food out manually. I do not recommend their products.

Have struggled with trying to change feeding schedule since I've had the products (two wifi feeder models with cameras that i got about 3 years ago). Feeders release food sporadically resulting in weeks of far too few feedings and then weeks of way too many feedings which cant be solved through the app since it simply doesn't respond to schedule changes. very frustrating. occasionally when I reset both feeders and delete and re-download the app it works, but that is only for a matter of time
