Just started playing, an event starts that I have no way of participating in unless I spend a lot of money, which was unpleasant. I misread something and thought I could participate if I spent in game currency, turns out I just wasted all that currency so now I have useless items in my inventory. Reached out to support, and eventually the mistake was corrected. I appreciate the help and will know better for the future.

I've been playing this game for years. probably since it first hit the play store. the grind was always an issue with me. it's taken me literally almost a year to get some characters, just to progress the game. that's whatever at this point as I don't see it changing. my biggest issue rn is that I can't receive my daily chest, I can't use magic points to get my daily amount of scrolls or fast forward tokens, and the game STILL doesn't register my logging into Gameloft. 1 star until fixed

The game has been lots of fun until today. It was crashing constantly, so I tried logging back in, restarting my phone, and forcing a stop. When that didn't work, I tried to reinstall the game, but it kicked me all the way back to the beginning. I lost all my levels, characters, and money I spent. It never would let me connect my account, and when I asked for support, I got thrown into a queue where I sat for hours with no response.

Hi! Sorry to hear about this.😟 If the game is crashing consistently on a certain level or when it starts up, it's very likely that some of the assets you downloaded when you were installing or updating weren't downloaded correctly. Uninstalling the app and re-installing it will usually fix these types of crashes. 😉 Keep us posted on the result!
