If it wasn't for the fact that it's a part of work benefits would never use it. It has bad UX, can't track the progress of past checkins, worst of all notifications now include ads for finance (not something one wants from a fitness app). Also if I want to just open the app, you HAVE to turn location and data. It's very slow as well. Overall of you have a choice, use any other app, even no app is better.

Please send us your details through the Help Centre so we can have a look at your account as no add should pop up on your app🙂 Keep in mind that it's essential to enable your geolocation services of your device in order to be able to check-in to your local gyms and studios.

I've never HATED an app so much. It can be used at anger management classes because you'd be likely to throw your phone out through the window when trying to use it. The app doesn't sync cycling classes with BEAT81, the names of the trainers are incorrect so I can't book a class. Once I'm lucky and do manage to book I can't check in because gympass claims no facility is found even though I'm standing right at the reception. Then I get a fine of 15EUR for not checking in. So many bugs!!!

more popups please. To update (January): I was just surprised that the gym I was attending with Wellhub got moved to a higher tier. I discovered when I tried to check-in onsite (Berlin). I would appreciate a heads up - I would not extend my membership if I knew this gym would not be available. Maybe through one of the annoying popups? At the least it would be a good use for these. Only bad experiences with this app and service.
