A really useful app, without anything gimmicky (and annoying). I've tried a few different pain and symptom tracking apps and this is definitely my favourite, which shows in my continued use. I set a reminder through the app to log my pain once a day. The form is very easy to fill out and helps me describe my pain consistently. I also really like the positive reflection recording- sounds cheesy but even on my worst days I can enjoy time with my pets! 5* app 😊

Thank you very much for sharing your experience! We've tried to keep the app simple, easy-to-use, and customizable. Your comments about the daily reflection are not cheesy! Living with pain is hard and we all need a reminder about things that you enjoy and are doing. Keep up the great work!

Still new to this app, but so far it's very helpful for tracking my chronic pain, flare ups, headaches, and migraines. The only thing I wish I could change is that it asks for if there is improvement when I'm inputing the info, but I usually input it right when it first occurs, so there hasn't been time to improve yet. I would suggest having a function to follow-up on each instance you track like 4-6 hours later.

So far my experience with app is positive. you can only put one pain number for multiple pain areas. I used the highest pain but used notes, as needed, to explain the pain in more details. app helps me remember to document, providing a more accurate pain number overall, as I tend to document severe or moderate pain, put i am not as consistent documenting lower pain values. it would be more accurate if there was a time delay of 1 hour regarding intervention effectiveness.
