One of the best-ever reader apps has been over-written and ruined by its ad-supported second-rate successor, with poor library management that leaves the interface littered with dead icons and no means of losing the ads, even in the premium version. If you add in the arrogant, evasive and unhelpful customer service, you soon start realising you should uninstall and look elsewhere for an alternative. A big shame....

I've been using this app for years and really loved it. But recently the experience has gotten worse and worse. I have no problems with having ads in my apps, since developers have to earn something from their products, and I also get that you want to get people to subscribe. But putting ads on the reading screen is too far! I (and I don't think anyone does) don't want to see flashing ads while reading my eBooks. This is the last straw for me. Sadly I'll be searching for a new app for reading.

In any case, the only way to guarantee access to ad-free reading (and a bunch of other cool features such as unlimited access to the Media365 catalog, TTS, file conversion and offline reading) is by signing up for our premium service.

ACTUALLY, NO STARS! I subscribed to the yearly subscription with 7 day free trial. I never received the free trial before the money was taken for the subscription. To date, I still can't access any books to read! I have sent 3 emails regarding these issues and have received NO reply, and I can't find any phone number to call. They have taken my money, but I can't access any books, so I WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE SUBSCRIBE TO THIS PLATFORM!!! I belong to other reading apps and have had no problems.
