This app sucks. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have no problems logging in on my tablet & all my EQ settings are saved as they should be. However, when I try logging in on my phone with the same email and password (I have a passkey set) it says "this email address isn't registered". Also all my EQ settings are gone. I've tried un- & reinstalling the app but it doesn't change anything. This is super frustrating because I mostly use the app on my phone, not on my tablet. Fix this pls.

I’ve owned theLiberty 4 NC for 3 years now but the software or hardware bug is driving me crazy. The active noise cancellation randomly turns itself off and reverts to "Normal" mode constantly. I’ll change it back to ANC, and a minute later, it drops out again. Even turning off Adaptive ANC in the app and switching to manual mode doesn't fix it.i don't have the money to replace them right now, so I'm stuck dealing with it.i have the latest update installed. I'm not buying this brand again

Soundcore Motion+ owner here: decent hardware, App not so much; ~500-900 MB app size for controlling a Bluetooth speaker?? Why do I need "Anka A.I." again?? (I got Gemini Pro already) I don't need an "all you can eat"-App as a speaker controller. I fail to see the value in that,make it optional. App's Privacy Policy sounds fishy to me too. Otherwise decent physical speakers! But fix audible power-charging-feedback noise while simultaneously USB-C charging & AUX-in usage via laptop connection.
