This is not a reliable application. They took 7 days to transfer my money. They gave me less rate than the booked rate. They show high rate at the time of booking and gave me reduced rate when executed. The help window is really bad. They reply very late or now a days is shows error when you go to help tab. If you successfully add complaint, they don't reply. I am still waiting for their reply since 8 days I logged the complaint. Their is no email or phone number for customer care.

Horrible App. The new version keeps crashing on launch. Completely Unreliable. The app randomly works . I had 106 Euros in my wallet. If I try sending the entire money from my wallet , the transaction fails . You need to add more money to your wallet and try rounding up. The transaction keeps failing randomly and you have to wait at least for a day or 2 days to hear back from them if you are lucky. Although the rates are better than some other platforms, it's a real hassle and a bet.

Really a terrible platform for overseas transactions. It's been more than a week and still the transaction is not successful (even when on app it says it'll take 2-3 days) On top of that, the customer support is really unreliable. Didn't get any response for more than 24 hours. If you want a reliable and more fast platform, please consider other options.
