I’m extremely disappointed with how this withdrawal issue has been handled. My withdrawal is showing as “Completed”, but I have never received the money. Your team already investigated this issue and sent me an email confirming that there was a system error that incorrectly marked the withdrawal as completed and paid, even though the payment was not actually received by me. I was then told to wait 7 business days while the issue was being resolved. I followed your instructions and waited patie

So I installed this app. Good on principle. Am booking a trip so managed to build about $100 in the 'bank' pretty quickly. And then I log in and was informed the account was inactive. Messaged the help email and was informed my account had experienced fraudulant activity - no explanation, now details on what it was - just a shutdown stating I could not have my account anymore and I had been banned. So it is a big negative for me.

I love ShopBack & its very easy to use. However, very inconvenient! I used it for months and not all cashback are tracked and I had to enter it manually. Some even got expired before I noticed that it wasn't reflected. But right now it's not smooth at all, I spend an hour trying to input this one missing cashback but it just won't see as "view request" & kept on showing "request help" even if I input the order details countless times. I hope you'll do better than this! You're better than this!
