This app seems pretty useless. You can check in and look at your miles. But it does not find your tickets, you have to enter the booking code even for return flights, it does not notify you about departures, does not let you enter flight dates into the calender and will not provide you with invoices. What the hell should I use it for then... :/

Absolutely awful. I am a 30 year traveler and used every popular travel app known to man. After an hour on Vietnam Airlines app trying to book a flight I gave up. Regardless of User Name/Password it won't let me log in, it won't let you use simple characters like # in your password, when you launch the app it kills all audio on your devices, when you launch the app it puts me in the UK, select the flights, then it decides I am in the USA and resets the booking form back to the Home Page, everyth

Should be 0 star! Stupid design and information fill up. When you search the flight and you ready to check out, always your information will make you crazy because even you fill everything correct, it will say unable to create order .... and about in Vietnamese on given name will make you very confuse and about given name with " tên Đệm và Tên" very very stupid. One more thing, if you go to chat to ask something, the they will ask send email and wait for them! Stupid!!!
