I've used this app for 2 years and it's really great! I would say it can do virtually anything you would want to, except maybe that it's missing an integration with Synology Office. Also two times I had a bad experience with the sync tasks, where I got my battery drained (~40% in a few hours) while I didn't even use my phone. Since then I stopped syncing files two my phone, which really wasn't even needed in my case, since you can just browse for them in any file chooser.

I'm mainly using this app for backuping my phone to the NAS, as there is no proper backup solution. Syncing the folders does work in a sense, but it works really slow. My folders are set to sync automatically, but it doesn't start as long as the app is not manually opened, making it less practical. Also the app has multiple bugs when syncing, which, due to the long process, get triggered regularly. Lastly, for some reason the app is set to not have access to all folders. Not a great experience.

Regrettably, the application is not yet a viable substitute for Google Drive, as it is associated with excessive battery consumption, which in turn leads to a considerable rise in battery temperature. With a battery usage of nearly 50% over a span of 10 hours, the application is, unfortunately, impractical for regular use. To mitigate this issue, it is necessary to frequently force close the application after each session.

2. Added support for creating file requests, making it easy for users to collect files from external parties without requiring them to sign in.
3. Added support for syncing file lock status with Synology Drive web portal and desktop clients to prevent conflicts from simultaneous edits.
